We produce our bags in limited-edition drops. This means we create small batches, like 100 pieces, and sell them until they’re gone. This helps prevent overproduction and ensures minimal waste. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date with your order.

Our bags are crafted from high-quality, cruelty-free vegan leather. We also use TENCEL™ fabric for most of our products, which is a sustainable and eco-friendly material derived from wood pulp. Much of our packaging is biodegradable and compostable to reduce our environmental impact.

Our bags are designed to last, but they are not indestructible. Each handbag has hundreds of crystals attached, and while we provide extra crystals that can easily be glued back in if any fall out, care should be taken. We recommend using E6000 glue, as it’s the best for this purpose. Avoid throwing your bag around carelessly and store it in its protective dust bag when not in use.

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options through our Shopify platform. All payments are processed securely to protect your information.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition, with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders are non-refundable.
